The World Teachers’ Day celebration was organized by Zainab Memorial B.Ed Centre, Cherkala, in collaboration with GHSS Adoor and IQAC, on October 6, Monday, in the school conference hall.
The programme began with a welcome speech delivered by Sneha Teacher, B.Ed trainee, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries, teachers, and students. The event was inaugurated by Smt. Manjula Kumari, Headmistress of G HSS Adoor, who addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of teachers in shaping the future of students and society.
As part of the celebration, Senior Teacher Niyas was honored for his valuable service and dedication to the teaching profession. His contributions were appreciated by everyone present.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dhanyashree B.K., B.Ed trainee, who expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the event. At the end of the programme, snacks were distributed to all participants, marking a joyful conclusion to the celebration.
