The Zainab Memorial B.Ed Centre, Cherkala, under the banner of the Ektara College Union 2025–26, organized a charitable programme titled “Sneha Sparsham” on 13th November 2025 (Thursday). The event was conducted in association with IQAC.
The initiative aimed to promote compassion, social responsibility, and community service among students. Through “Sneha Sparsham,” the college sought to extend a helping hand to the needy and spread the message of kindness and empathy within society.
The event took place in Kasaragod town and witnessed active participation from students and staff members. The programme included the distribution of food and essential items, symbolizing the institution’s commitment to humanitarian values.
The event was coordinated by Mrs. Smitha V. K. (College Union Advisor) and Ameen Husain A. S. (College Union Chairman), who ensured the smooth and successful execution of the programme.
Overall, “Sneha Sparsham” reflected the college’s dedication to fostering social awareness and nurturing a spirit of service among its students.
