The Children’s Day celebration titled “Pattam Pole”, organized by Zainab Memorial B.Ed Centre in collaboration with IQAC and GHSS Cherkala, Central, was held on 14 November 2025 at the School Hall, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The programme aimed to celebrate the joy of childhood and to engage students in meaningful and joyful activities.
The function commenced at 2:00 pm with a warm welcome speech by Rajesh Sir of the school. He welcomed all the dignitaries, teachers, B.Ed trainees, and students, and highlighted the relevance of Children’s Day.
Following the welcome, Smt. Bindhu P. V., Assistant Professor of General Education, Zainab Memorial B.Ed Centre, Cherkala, delivered an insightful talk.
Series of vibrant and interactive student-centered activities were conducted such as icebreaking session, teamwork activity, Interactive session and a gratitude session by the student teachers. By 4:00 pm, the Children’s Day celebration came to an end with joyful faces and enriched minds. The programme successfully combined fun, learning, and motivation, making the day memorable for all the students of GHSS Cherkala, Central.
