Kaviyarangu Competition and Book Review

As part of the Kerala Piravi One-Week Programmes – Malayala Bhashaaghosham , the Lifebrary Club, in association with IQAC, organized a Kaviyarangu Competition and Book Review Session on 3rd November 2025 at the college auditorium.
The programme aimed to promote the richness of the Malayalam language, poetry, and literature while encouraging students’ creative and critical expression.

Kaviyarangu Competition

Participants:
• Ranjana – I Year Social Science
• Vrintha – I Year Social Science
• Krishnapriya – I Year English
• Anupriya – I Year Physical Science
• Anagha Parvathi – I Year Natural Science
• Nimisha – I Year Commerce
• Bhavya – II Year English

The competition was judged by Amritha Teacher and Sukanya Teacher. The participants impressed the judges with their expressive performances and creative poetic compositions.

Winners:
• First Prize: Bhavya (II Year English)
• Second Prize: Anagha Parvathi (I Year Natural Science)
• Third Prize: Vrintha (I Year Social Science) & Nimisha (I Year Commerce)

Book Review Session (Pusthaka Parichayam)

Participants:
• Nabeel Ahmed – II Year English
• Ameen Husain – I Year English
• Krishnapriya – I Year English
• Devika – II Year Social Science

The reviews were evaluated by Smitha Teacher and Ganesh Sir, who appreciated the analytical and expressive skills of the participants.

Winners:
•  First Prize: Devika (II Year Social Science)
• Second Prize: Nabeel Ahmed (II Year English)
• Third Prize: Ameen Husain (I Year English)

The audience participated actively, encouraging the performers and engaging in the discussions with great enthusiasm.
The programme was conducted smoothly and concluded successfully.
